Great stay the house was perfect. Clean and in a great neighborhood. Try Hot Tomatoes! It’s a short walk.

Great location

Close to everything, walk across the street to amazing coffee and around the block to great eats. Ran into some cleaning issues but property manager was quick to respond. Allows pets, but if you have dogs be warned the neighbors that live next door have two dogs that can poke their full heads through the fence and will bark at you and your dogs, you are strangers after all in what they think is also their backyard. Home is very comfortable until it gets hot out, even with AC on it can not keep up with the heat, little to no insulation. Once the sun goes down, we opened all the windows and doors to let the cool air in and the hot air out.

Perfect spot for central location in Fruita. Beds are so comfortable, hammock is great for chilling, nice having the washer and dryer available. The coffee maker is a little testy but coffee shop across the street solved that :)
