Welcome to our unique marine-themed resort-like farm property. It sits on nearly 14 acres beside The Villages in Central Florida. A traditionally elegant 2 room bedsit offers 1 king bed and 1 queen bed, 2 sofa beds, and a shared ensuite bathroom. Sleeps maximum of 8 or just the two of you. Windows in the front room give you a front row seat for the acres of fields and blazing nightly sunsets. On the wraparound porch, enjoy the light breakfast you made in your room or just relax with a coffee on the wrap around porch. For more elaborate cooking, there is a fully equipped kitchen down the pavers pathway. During your stay, you’ll have access to the outdoor stone barbeque and kitchen on the other side of the property. Perfect for entertaining with friends or family. Enjoy the tranquil and spacious property with 360 degree views of fields and forests. Stay comfortable inside your room with mini-split AC/heating, and hi-speed WiFi. Other essential included amenities in the rooms are microwaves, bar fridges and breakfast prep appliances, including a coffee maker. Swim your stress away in our saltwater pool or crank up the authentic Scandinavian barrel sauna for a detoxifying session. Visit the koi and goldfish ponds. The aviary is ruled by our gold and yellow macaw Mariah who will not only welcome you but will not be ignored! Earplugs recommended.
