booked based on 3 bedrooms, but only two were actually available so feel very misled and therefore overcharged as a result. My two children had to share a twin room despite expecting a configuration of one double and two twin rooms. The pool was not available, despite being one of the amenities listed in the booking. no mention of this was ever made prior to booking. as such there was no outside space to utilise.would not book again as was my concerns over the rooms was brushed aside saying i saw the wrong advert when it clearly said 3 bedrooms prior to booking
