客房算係新，重點係有獨立冷氣，可以自由選擇冷暖氣。房間正常，空間利用得算係不錯，房間係四四方方，空間算係好用。附近比較安靜，離地鐵站大概10分鐘左右，都算不錯。附近都多小店，cp值比較高。
