I stayed in a standard twin room. It was a small room for two people. The location was very convenient, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. The room was clean, but I wished there had been more places in the bathroom to hang used bath towels.

The hotel is very conveniently located, the staff are friendly, and the rooms are clean. However, this hotel only considers children up to the age of 12. When booking through Hotels.com, there is no warning, and children aged 13 and 16 can still be registered as children. As a result, additional charges are applied upon arrival. Please make sure to check this carefully before booking. It would be appreciated if Hotels.com could improve this to prevent such inconvenience.

We enjoyed our stay. Hotel is clean and the location is superb. Literally outside Hakata station. Breakfast is good but need to change sometimes, the food is good but if you eat same breakfast everyday the whole time you stay you will get tired of eating the same kind of food.

Change procedure on eco cleaning . they should not only leave the towels and garbage bag by the door.. housekeeping should go inside change towels and clear garbage . There should be at least 2 pillows and two sets of towels
