I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a good experience. The location was absolutely amazing — convenient and close to everything we needed. The hotel itself was very clean, and I appreciated how well-maintained the rooms and common areas were. The front desk staff were particularly friendly and helpful, making check-in smooth and offering great local recommendations. However, the service during breakfast and with food in general was disappointing. The staff in the dining area seemed disorganized and inattentive, and the food service did not meet the standard of the rest of the hotel. If the food service improves, this place could be excellent. But for now, it’s best suited for those prioritizing location and cleanliness over dining experience.

Property is not the nice beautiful castle it shows on pictures. Its a prison with pretty buildings around it. Parking is super tight. Watched a lady make a 30 point turn trying to park. Tv in room didnt work. The other room i had, didnt have a working refrigerator. No ice is avaliable anywhere.There is absolutely no a/c. Maintance also doesnt work the weekends. So if something is broken, well its broken. Otherwise staff was friendly. Fairly clean rooms. Very nice views.

Would stay again. Just needed fans or the ability to keep the windows open all night without bugs or mosquitoes. So a screen and the window opening from the top. Being on the bottom floor with the walking path by our window made it uneasy to keep the window open at night to cool off, that with people and bugs.

Reservamos una habitacion familiar por una noche pensando en tener mas espacio (Vaya error). Habitacion Familiares son habitaciones con capacidad de 4 personas. Las Habitaciones familiares son un calabozo o me imagino que en una epoca lo fueron. El servicio del hotel es cero, al check in te entregan una botella de vidrio con agua para la habitacion la cual a parte de tu equipaje tienes que llevar por todo el hotel hasta tu habitacion o calabozo. En la habitacion te ponen una nota en el baño indicando que cualquier cosa que necesitas avises a la recepcion, pero la habitacion no habia ni jabon para lavarse las manos ni en la ducha, tampoco papel toallet; tienes que pasar por la recepcion a pedirlos y subirlos tu. Y sonara raro, pero por el olor de las almohadas, creo que ni las sabamas o fundas de almohada habian cambiado, un olor a usado terrible. El desayuno tiene que reservar mesa, a la hora que llegues y a pesar que tengas el desayuno pagado o incluido, sin reserva no te dan mesa. Tienes que esperar que terminen su servicio y luego te acomodan. Ojo No hay aire acondicionado en las habitaciones

Reeceptionist is the only staff I see. Friendly. The hotel is typical, soulless and commercial. Claustrophobic design with long carpeted hallways. Capacity is prioritized over comfort. Lighting and sounds in pool area hectic. The spa is clean but badly designed. The sheets and towels are nice: white, clean cotton.
