When touring the house, you will find two bedrooms with two beds, ideal for couples, friends or families who want to explore the city in comfort.



The property also has a shared bathroom, practical and functional, and a fully equipped kitchen, where you can prepare everything from a light breakfast to a complete dinner, making the most of every moment at home.



The property offers a second balcony of approximately 11 m², inviting you to enjoy peaceful sunrises and sunsets, accompanied by a good wine or a book.
