This delightful 60 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this beautiful city. It is on the lower ground level and is only accessible by stairs, so it is not ideal for people with reduced mobility.

It is designed with modern décor, tall windows, and minimalist furniture, providing a peaceful and charming place to relax. The interior features a tastefully furnished and open layout with a welcoming kitchen with all the essentials for preparing tasty meals, including a cooking plate, oven, microwave, cookware, and cutlery. A dishwasher and a washing machine are added for extra comfort.

The living area features a lovely sitting area with a double couch bed, a TV, and a cosy armchair—a perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring.

The bedroom is modernly decorated, including a queen bed and multiple storage spaces.

A lovely terrace with a charming table makes the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee and the sunlight.

Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Funchal, the capital of Madeira, offers a delightful mix of natural beauty, rich history, and vibrant culture. The city's Old Town (Zona Velha) features cobbled streets lined with traditional houses and colourful street art. Landmarks like the 15th-century Sé Cathedral showcase Gothic architecture, while the 17th-century Fort of São Tiago is a testament to the city's maritime heritage. Visitors can also explore the Madeira Botanical Garden, home to a diverse collection of plant species that offers panoramic city views.

For a unique experience, take the cable car up to Monte and enjoy a thrilling descent back to Funchal in the traditional wicker toboggans, guided by skilled carreiros. The city also boasts a lively culinary scene, with local specialities like grilled espada (black scabbardfish) and the traditional drink poncha. Whether you're strolling through its historic streets, savouring local flavours, or taking in the coastal views, Funchal provides an unforgettable experience for every traveller.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. Free parking is available on the street.

Madeira Airport is a 22-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
