For added convenience, the property is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze, as well as a washer and iron equipment to meet your laundry needs.

The first bedroom features a comfortable queen bed. The second bedroom includes a double bed, while the third has one single bed—making the space ideal for families, couples, or small groups. All beds are made up of complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

The 1.5 bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The property is centrally located in the heart of Funchal, offering visitors easy access to some of the city’s most iconic attractions. Just a short walk away is the Mercado dos Lavradores, a lively market bursting with colourful stalls selling fresh produce, flowers, and local delicacies—a perfect spot to soak in the authentic Madeiran atmosphere. A little further, the historic Cathedral of Funchal, dating back to the 16th century, showcases impressive Gothic architecture and stands as a symbol of the city’s rich heritage.

For those looking to enjoy green spaces and scenic views, Santa Catarina Park lies about 1.5 kilometres to the west. This expansive park is ideal for peaceful strolls while overlooking the stunning Funchal Bay. Also within easy reach is the Madeira Botanical Garden, located around 2 kilometres away, offering an incredible array of plants and panoramic vistas over the city and the ocean.

To explore more of Funchal’s history, the Fort of São Tiago, situated about 1.5 kilometres southeast, provides a glimpse into the island’s military past along with beautiful views of the Atlantic coastline. The neighbourhood around the property is also home to numerous local cafés, restaurants, and shops, making it a convenient and charming base for discovering the vibrant life of Funchal.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stop, Rua Elias Garcia CRSS, is just a 1-minute walk.

Madeira Airport is an 18-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
