Wonderful little villa surrounded by greenery. It is a few kilometers from the center of Galatone. The house consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms one with shower and a large openspace with kitchen. The well-kept exterior consists of ample parking a veranda with sitting area and a pergola with outdoor kitchen and dining table. The outdoor shower and barbecue complete a very large outdoor space. The house is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, heating plus fireplace,wifi,microwave oven, washing machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, LED TV. From Galatone in 15 minutes by car you can reach the sea: Santa Maria al Bagno and in 20 minutes by car you can reach Lecce city of baroque. Gallipoli is about 17 km from Galatone and the beautiful bay of Porto Selvaggio is 15 km away.

The Villetta is on the outskirts however the first stores, grocery pizzeria and newsstand are easily reached in 10 minutes on foot. Piazza San Sebastiano (the center of town) can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. This house is the ideal solution for those who love nature and calmness but do not want to give up the comforts of the city.
