The room was quiet and clean except for the window and grout around the toilet and bathtub. The bed was comfortable. Our room wasn't very dark at night due to bright lighting on the front of the building that shined into our room around the sides of the window shade.

We paid $190+ for an accessible room we were told that they had a problem with the room and they upgraded us to a suite I asked her 3 times if the room was accessible and she said I could go and check it I told her I take her word for it at this time I have no where to go the toilet was super low there are no bars anywhere we couldn’t shower I wrote to Expedia and haven’t heard back,on top of that the telephone to the front desk doesn’t work and neither the lamps by the bed the room was very hot when we first went in fortunately the ac worked we are very upset

On the 3rd floor there was no water pressure for over 10 hours. I had to call several times to ask about it and enough pressure came out to get 3 minutes of hot water. Front desk told me there was a leak and someone would need to come out next week. I asked the clerk to check with the manager to give me a credit for the inconvenience but to date I have not received a reply.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. There was water pressure issues while here. So we had to wait to shower. And there was hesitation when we asked for extra pillows. Other than that, the stay was nice. The hotel was quiet and we were able to check in early.
