First off the front desk didn’t have my reservation, the lady was rude and wouldn’t take my reservation number to even try to look it up. The pool was not available, which was not communicated to me until I got there There was no bbq pit available, the one that was working had to be reserved and it was already reserved. Dishes were in the dishwasher when we arrived. The page says it sleeps 8, well there’s no possible way 8 adults can sleep in that tiny room. The pictures on here are very deceiving, makes you think you have a nice big balcony in your room, not the case. Painting on the walls needs alot of work Elevator had blankets hanging Very disappointed with the place, when I had hoped it was as nice as the pictures. I will say that when I had to call the company about my reservation, she was super nice and helpful. Will not return

The place was perfect for a trip with my 2 daughters and a friend! It was wonderful to hangout inside the place, on the balcony with a cup of coffee, in the pool and watching a movie in the theater! Everyone was so friendly! We enjoyed going to the beach to watch sunrises, visiting Pleasure Pier, Galveston Bookstore and ate fantastic. I highly recommend this place and I don’t often write reviews.
