Enjoy a resort-style vacation in this family-friendly 3-bed/3 bath home sleeping up to 10 guests. Located in the Pointe West subdivision of Galveston, you’re just a short walk from the beach. Head out to the east end to visit downtown, with restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Hang back at the house and enjoy the many community amenities Pointe West has to offer. This home offers a quiet and convenient home base for exploring everything Galveston has to offer.

● Beach Access: A short walk to Beach Access Point #39, Glossy Ibis Way

● Community Amenities: Community pool, hot tub, and lazy river. Guests must purchase a wristband from the main office. $25 per wristband for anyone over the age of 4. The wristband is good for the guests entire stay

● Rent Beach Box: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: 2 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Parking: There is room for 2 cars in the driveway. No street parking.

Welcome to Fancy Nansea! This 3 bedroom/3bathroom beachfront home is perfect for families or small groups to gather for a Galveston adventure. As you enter the main level, you will find a charming living room, kitchen, and dining area, perfect for having game/movie nights or preparing family meals to enjoy while overlooking the lovely gulf waters. A bedroom is also featured on this level with a queen-sized bed.

Head upstairs to find two additional bedrooms. The second bedroom is a bunk room perfect for children or adults in need of extra sleeping space. This room boasts two twin-over-queen bunk beds and an en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom, also located on this floor has a king-size bed and another en-suite bathroom.

Back downstairs on the main level, you can enjoy grilling food with the family and taking in the ocean breezes or head to the beach using the community beach walkover just a few doors down.

● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 12 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- Pets are not allowed
- No parking allowed on empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
