Two years in a row we have had people above us with unruly children. Running around until late in the night. Suggest asking for the 5th floor. Or room views are always nice but this time we were too close to the center and could not see the sunrise. We continue to come back for the past three years for convenience and ease of check in, the breakfast is really good, the bar is really nice, the staff are friendly, rooms are clean and spacious.

After telling the desk clerk that my wife had had hip surgery and we needed a room with an elevator to get to she put us on the opposite end of the building from the elevator, making us walk the entire length of the building to get to the room. How thoughtless.
