Minutes from the beach and Galveston attractions, create memories with family and friends! Relax by the fire pit, grill, or hop in the pool. A fully equipped kitchen and laundry add convenience. Pick any of the three rooms to rest your head at night. You will be sure to sleep comfortably and peacefully. Settle in and enjoy island life.

Location: Centrally located on Galveston Island, just 8 minutes from Moody Gardens and Schlitterbahn!

Beach access: Less than a 5 minute drive from the beaches at the Seawall.

Private pool: This home features an above-ground pool that is 4.5 ft deep with a spacious deck for lounging.

WINTER TEXAN RATE: If you’re trying to escape to the Gulf Coast for the winter. Please ask us about our reduced monthly rates October 1 - March 1.

Rent BeachBox: Looking for beach gear for your Galveston getaway? We have you covered! Beach chairs and tents can be ready at the house upon your arrival. Message us for details and rates.

Pest Control: Due to the coastal environment, mosquitoes & seasonal pests may be present. Professional pest control treatments are performed monthly.

WIFI: Free high-speed WIFI is available throughout the home.

Cable: We provide Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own Amazon Prime, Netflix, or other streaming service apps as well.

Pet policy: Up to 3 pets are welcome in our home with a $25 fee per pet. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Please message us if you’re planning on bringing your furry friend!

Parking: There is room for 4 cars in the driveway.

Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

Cozy up for family movie nights, whip up delicious breakfasts in the fully-equipped kitchen, or gather around the spacious dining table for shared meals and laughter. A convenient half bath is also located on this floor for added convenience.

Venture upstairs to find your peaceful retreat. The primary bedroom has a plush king-size bed, a walk-in closet, and a bathroom with a luxurious shower and double sinks. Down the hall, two more inviting bedrooms await, one offering a queen-size bed and a full-over-full bunk bed, perfect for kids or extra guests. The third bedroom features a queen bed with twin bunk beds, providing ample sleeping space for the whole family.

Outside the backyard is the perfect spot to rejuvenate and create lasting memories. Immerse yourself in the beauty of nature as you gather around the fire pit for stories and s'mores. On warm days, take a refreshing dip in the above-ground pool, or simply spread out on the spacious deck to catch some rays and enjoy a meal outdoors. However you choose to unwind, this backyard offers endless opportunities for peace and tranquility.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 10 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- The homeowner's routine pool maintenance cannot be rescheduled and is required for the health and safety of our guests. They will not need to access the home but will access the yard.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
