With full direct access to the beach, pool area, outside grilling, tennis court, coffee bar and piano lounge, your home away from home has the comfort and accommodation for a relaxing couples retreat or fun family vacation!

Our Condominium has it all for a private comfy stay for one to two couples or a small family. With two private bedrooms that boasts a King bed with an ocean view, a queen bed in the second bedroom, a living area with a Queen pullout sofa, make yourself at home while relaxing to the sounds of the ocean from the balcony. Walking into the apartment, you are welcomed with the views from the 8th floor balcony, truly a view that can't be beat! If you are looking for a nice beach getaway to clear your mind, this condominium has all you need. Newly remodeled bathroom with bathtub, full kitchen ready to make a homemade meal that everyone can enjoy featuring 4 burner stove top, oven, dishwasher and full refrigerator. Standard Keurig Coffee Machine (coffee pods not included). One Large Towel and One Washcloth included per guest. The Condo is in a building that has a private parking lot. The guest fee per vehicle is $35 per vehicle per stay collected by the building at the time of check-in.

Great view- but needs improvements.

The property is outdated and could use definite improvements. Holes in the ceiling, bathroom fixtures is falling apart, no outlet cover in the bedroom. Bedroom temperature is not regulated and was very warm.It is summer but there was an ant problem in the kitchen. Better security is needed as a homeless person was sleeping in the elevator area. All that being said, you couldn’t ask for a better view of the Gulf of America.

Take the good with the bad

The view, location, ambiance, was beautiful. There were a few issues. The elevator and water stopped working, parking lot is under construction, and the property itself could definitely use a few touch ups. For the price, it was decent and I would stay there again. It was close to Walmart and the view was 2nd to none..
