The woman at the seat was very rude rolled her eyes at me and me and my husband came down there for our honey moon get away and it did not say on the site where I book there was a 100 hold fee and someone needs to clean the little grass ears it has trash all around it

Last minute trip to the Beach...

It was a spur of the moment overnight trip. We wanted beach view. The room was an average room, nothing fancy of course. the bed was comfy, but the shower was awful! hardly any water pressure, and it took a while to receive hot water. Besides the shower issue, our overall stay was okay. I may book this hotel in the future. We just needed a bed and shower, as our plan was stay on the beach the whole day.

Domigo was great, room was subpar

I think the best experience about this place was the front desk person named Domingo. The lady who checked us out looked like I was interrupting her show or whatever on her phone. It was supposed to be partially ocean view, it was not. The shower was gross, but they did offer a fridge and microwave. Don’t think we’ll revisit this place.

We arrived at 1am after driving from the Houston Rodeo and after loading all of our stuff in the room, we got locked out because the battery died on the door. My family had to sit on the sidewalk until 330am after I “picked” the lock using a credit card. Surprisingly easy to break into. After we finally got in the maintenance guy shows up so drunk that he couldn’t walk straight. We told him don’t bother and went to sleep. Long story short mgmt was not willing to reimburse us for the inconvenience nor honor a late checkout. They were completely rude and useless. I asked repeatedly to speak to someone in charge and the clerk would not allow it. I asked him to tell his manager about the ordeal and try to work something out but he refused to communicate any of our issues and said it was irrelevant. I got the feeling he was trying to protect his drunk buddy. Plus the rooms were nasty and there was zero hot water. Will never stay here again. Avoid this place like the plague.

We booked our room 30 minutes prior to checking in and were able to get a room quickly. The front desk staff are very friendly. However the condition of the rooms were not great. Odd smell, and some of the outlets don’t work. The bathroom door is extremely hard to open, one of my friends got stuck, and after ten minutes of prying the door open it finally did. The location of the hotel is nice and close to the pier.

Excellent value for the money, AC was not working properly we were tired didn’t want to switch rooms. Overall it’s a great little place right in front of the beach!
