I waited 30 minutes for the service rep to just walk-through a door. Once I was checked in he told be to be sure and lock my door and hide anything I'd loke to keep.. While getting into the room, the door was half way broke off of the hinges. The TV was not much bigger than a iPad. The bed had stains of it (white and red), the curtains did not close so everyone walking by could just look into my room at all hours. Other resident's were yelling all night and the police were there for many unknown reasons throughout the night and early morning. Very rough around the edges.

The hotel didn't have clean towels. Mole was all over the place,even on the lamp shades. The chair inside the room was broken and the bench had peeling.

Worst hotel experience ever. So bad. Do yourself a favor and check the photo reviews before booking. So bad. We legit bought new bedsheets to make up for it. Couldn't get past the yuck so ate shower curtains and settled for sponge baths

Our room had fried chicken crumbs on the floor, pills on the floor, not a single towel or soap, smelled horrible, tub filthy with pubic hair and stains. Almost empty roll of toilet paper. When i tracked down housekeeping and told them all this, i was told he already cleaned the room that morning so nothing wrong with it and towels are beinv washed. I would have to go to the lobby later that evening to get them. We checked in after 3. We searched for other hotels, but being memorial weekend there was nothing available. We were stuck there. We had 4 rooms booked. The website was nothing like real life. I will probably mot use hotels.com again. I will drive 780 miles to get a nasty room in a place i dont know. Never again. The other 3 rooms were worse than ours. One literally had no toilet paper. One had no faucet on the shower. Angry.

The hotel was sketchy my wife was outside and someone walkee up to her and ask her if she had drugs that was scary and it seems like there is alot of that going on there. Very uncomfortable but nice pool

A place to sleep

To begin with there was an indian man baking bread in the sun in the middle ofthe parking lot. Another time a man was grilling right under thenstairs while playing liud mexican music. The door to our room unlocked about 1/2 the time as long as we held it just right per the front desk instructions. Large gap under door to room so there was really not a secure seal on the door. Fixtures have not been updated in at least 20 years. Bath tub had stains on bottom, Frankenstein hit or miss "upgrades". Toilet would not flush because chain was too long, which my husband fixed well enough for us to use it. Mattress was clean. Towels had brown stains. We just used it as a place to sleep.

First it was a last minute booking and for the price was not expecting much, so thats on me. However, Did not think i was going to have to book another hotel that night! -Bathroom smelled like urine, (front desk person, said "i couldnt find the source of smell when i mopped eairlier, but i lysoled") -Curtains didnt shut all the way -Upon arrival there was a police man looking for someone, had the feeling of uncertainty -Bedsheets had bad odar as well By the end of it all, i tried getting some sort of redund but there was nothing they could do, which is understanable, but i couldnt stay the night there, especially traveling with a little one. I wouldnt recommend
