The hotel is good but unfortunately our AC was not working. We realized the issue last at night so did not bother the staff but they do have 24x7 frontdesk so the fault is not of the hotel. We just got unlucky. Breakfast was Great with a wide selection and hot food. Recommend the place to others as its walkable to anywhere in Galway.

Nice hotel in a good location

Good location. Nice Room. Used the restaurant each of the nights we stayed. Food was good. Service was good. Staff were friendly. Car park (for a reasonable fee) for guests at the back of the hotel

The staff were great, breakfast were amazing, rooms were clean and comfortable. Great location and within walking distance to shopping and food. It was a great place to stay for our first trip To Ireland.

Clean, parking on site but costs12.00 euros a day. Clean, adequate. Had a second window to cut out street noise. Nice staff. This hotel was overpriced for what it was. Within walking distance of LatinQuarter so I am guessing that’s why it was priced as high as it was. Biggest complaint was the bed was not a queen but two smaller beds pushed together leaving an uncomfortable seam to sleep on.

Great stay at the hotel. Parking was convenient and 12 euro per day in a covered secure lot. Bonus that breakfast was included during the stay. Nice staff. Hotel was clean. Room was comfortable, cool, and the hotel was centrally located to walk to all points of interest in Galway. Would stay again.
