3 bedrooms, sleeps 6. The accommodation in this spacious, luxurious property is spilt over two levels. It consists of a living area, dining area, kitchen, three bedrooms (all ensuite), utility and a guest bathroom. Wi-Fi is in place and the property offers all modern conveniences.
The property is ideally suited to both leisure and business stays and offers own front door, along with French window opening our on the patio area for dining al fresco.
The living area is very well presented and furnished with a large comfortable sofas, marble fireplace and 50'' TV.
The dining area includes a large table and dining seating for 6 persons and is a natural extension of the kitchen area, ideal for relaxing or entertaining. The bright kitchen is adjacent to the dining area and is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable self-catering stay. It includes fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washer, dryer, electric cooker, electric hob, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and ample tableware and cookware.

The bedrooms are spacious and refined complete with pillow top mattresses and luxurious down feather pillows. Bedroom 1 (ground floor) has a king-sized bed, luxury ensuite, ample storage. Bedroom 2 (downstairs) has a king-sized bed, luxury ensuite, ample storage and discreet outdoor area. Bedroom 3 (downstairs) has a king-sized bed, luxury ensuite, ample storage and discreet outdoor area.The guest bathroom is located on ground level near the living area.

The property is centrally heated throughout. Bed linen and towels are provided. Heating, electricity and wi-fi is included in the rental price. Smoking is not allowed. Pets allowable on request and subject to availability (an extra €50 fee is payable). Parking is available on site for up to 2 cars. Short breaks are available year-round.


On arrival, a pre-authorisation charge of €500 will be applied to your credit card as a security deposit. This will be released on your departure providing the supervisor that there have been no breakages or damages to the Lodge during your stay.
