Little issues with the bathroom faucet and toilet paper holder. Notified staff and nothing was done during the 4 days we stayed. But overall good experience
I booked in advance a room big enough for all of my party. When I got there, they gave me the wrong room because “guests overstayed their stay”. I ended up in a smaller room and was not compensated for the difference in total. Horrible experience. No one helped. Front desk didn’t care. They wouldn’t contact me with the manager.

Excellent stay! Easy to find, ample amount of parking, clean rooms, professional staff. I liked how you needed to scan room key to enter the building being it was late at night when I checked in. 10/10 will stay again!
Staff looked tired and distracted. Were not very friendly at all. Breakfast had minimal options. Room was clean, I did not have a kitchen. Just a microwave and refrigerator, but nowhere to cook. Felt deceived.
Clean room which is important. super uncomfortable bed, low water pressure on shower and toilet. Window shade dint roll all the way down and let in a bunch of parking lot light at night. Staff was friendly and breakfast was solid. Nice gym, felt safe in the area. Overall not bad but I would pick other hotels I’ve stayed at before.
First room the heater did not work. Staff was unfriendly and the food set up was not great. There were not serving utensils for all the food, the juice machine did not work the last day. Was not worth the price for the service.

The Breakfast was bad- powders eggs, meat/protein choices, watery orange juice, poor select. Uncomfortable bed and could feel the springs. Was assigned ADA compliant room. Water from shower leaked/spilled on restroom floor and the drainage was slow. Not a bad place but for I would not book here again. I've paid less and had a better room and comfort plus breakfast food. The downstair coffee and room size was the only plus. Booked for 3day Disneyland trip so most of the time was at Disney.
