Even though the hotel was undergoing renovations, it was clean. The staff was outstanding- friendly, helpful, and had answers for all of our questions about the ART bus. The heated pool and hot tub were amazing after a long morning at Disneyland. Would definitely stay here again!

Scrambled eggs were not fully cooked. Elevater is terrible. Too slow and the hotwl needs more of them. The breakfast cleaning staff were the best though. Very friendly and accommodating.

The beds are terrible, rooms aren't the cleanest - particularly the bathroom. They're working on remodeling. However, if my room was remodeled it must have been done with minimal resources/money - quality looks terrible. Staff was nice/friendly/helpful.

Hotel is under construction so certain parts of the hotel may not be appealing to look at as these areas are being worked on. Staff were friendly, accommodating and nice. Staff absolutely helped us with everything we needed help with. Breakfast was ok although we loved the waffles. Our room was clean although. Both ends of the shower curtain kept falling in and won’t stay shut so every time we showered floors were always soaked. Beds were a little uncomfortable and hard, blankets were really thin. Not sure what Hilton’s new policy now when it comes to the room setting and furnitures but they don’t have comforters anymore. I truly appreciated the staff. I don’t mind coming back I just hope next time we come that the shower curtains are fixed. No, I did not have time nor did I think to share this feedback with staff.
