Only have 2 suggestions: 1) Make the room darkening curtains spread across the entire window opening. Impossible to have a dark room currently. 2) Make the night light on the hair dryer have the ability to turn off. Between the nightlight and light coming in the window, it was difficult to sleep with all that light in the room. Otherwise, you would have gotten 5 Stars for all categories.
You can see the light coming in the window, and the outer curtains could not be closed any further. That light is on the building across the way.

The room was not inviting. There was a street light shining into the window. The air conditioning was not working properly. The breakfast was not what was expected. I requested a tub which I didn't get. No shower gel and no sugar for the coffee in the room.

The front desk Clerk Laurie was very professional and courteous She was checking customers in by herself and it was very busy. She was so patient and answered all of our questions & concerns. She was extremely nice and accommodating. She went above and beyond. Just when I thought I could no longer find good customer service, Laurie changed my mind.
