The staff was good, but the room we initially booked was not available due to overbooking. The room also had a strong smell, as if someone had just finished cooking in it right before we arrived. There was also a print on the bed blanket, as if someone had just placed a cellphone there, and the hotel window had been left open as well.

I recently stayed here for a pickleball tournament in Raleigh. Very friendly staff and very clean room. My tournament got pushed back a couple hours and they had no problem extending check out a couple of hours for me. Definitely will recommend to anyone staying in the area for a tourney.

Mr. Cleon did a great job checking us in. I had submitted requests via email and they didn't show up on the reservation....but Mr. Cleon was very compassionate, professional and was able to get everything that was requested. Thanks to Mr. Cleon I'll be back to My Place.
