For the price was good. Little loud neighbors and door closing. Also door was tough to get open . Bed mostly clean good shower and clean bathroom. Breakfast was fast and not bad. I would probably stay again if needed.

The property in general is very nice. My room however was not. It was in the Lodge (rm 106) and consisted of a king bed in a very small room with about 18 inches on either side and the same at the foot between the bed and dresser. In that remaining space was a portable ac unit, a floor fan, and a single metal chair that had to be used for the suitcase. I ended up storing the floor fan in the bathtub. Unfortunately, the restaurant dinner was not one to write home about, either. Both appetizers and mains were disappointing, especially considering the price. The 2 seafood items consisted mostly of small frozen shrimp and few tiny bay scallops and no fish at all in the boulliabasse. Kind of disappointing when the property is surrounded by ocean. The view is fantastic if you're stay in the campground, with nice site set-ups.

Clean hotel but the conditions not good

Overall experience of this hotel is okay. The room is clean with river view. The outside scenery is nice. However, the reception is only available till 5pm. If you want to check in after 5pm, you need to call the hotel for special arrangement. I arrived the hotel around 4pm, but they can’t find me. I showed the staff my receipt to prove my payment but they said if you paid through the 3rd party, they didn’t get it and he asked me to paid them again in order to get the room. I booked the hotel through “hotels.com”, so I had to try to connect Hotels.com. While I was making the call, they found my name in their system and said everything was good to go and I got the key to the room. The door of my room was pretty hard to open but we managed to open the door; we then found almost half of power outlets in the room were not working, especially, the washroom has no light and the tower rack was broken. By the time we settled, it has passed the 5pm, so we just stayed there with above conditions. The no light washroom was really inconvenient. The lady at the reception was fairly friendly and the gentleman was harsh.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The view from the room was absolutely stunning. One of the highlights was the bonfire — it was a perfect way to relax in the evening, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. I felt completely safe throughout my stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable getaway.
