With parking for 4 to 5 vehicles outside the cottage, driving here is a good option for guests. But once you’re here, because it’s easy to walk to many places from the cottage, you might want to leave the car behind. A trolley stop 0.2 miles from the cottage gives you another option for getting around the local area.

Less than 0.2 miles from Parkway so driving on steep roads in mountains is not required. Perfect if you want to be close to the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg but not right in the middle of it.

Starter packs including toilet paper, soap, dishwashing soap, and laundry detergent is provided. Depending on your length of stay, please plan accordingly as you will need to bring shampoo, extra, etc

Swimming/Splash pool will be closed between Nov to March months
- Must be at least 21 years old to book
- Pets must be disclosed upon booking and a pet fee will apply.
- No smoking inside home, you can use the outdoors.
- Store excess trash in a Bear-proof trash container outside the home.
- Please make sure the outdoor trash container door is always locked as the smell of trashed food may attract wild animals.
- Absolutely no fires inside or outside of home
- Lastly, because this is a vacation rental and and is also our home, please be respectful of the property
