Amazing staff, check in was easy and was able to check in at 3 pm. Only thing i didn't like was the out of nowhere additional $100 hold for whatever. I plan my trip based on what it says online nowhere was this $100 mentioned. So if i didn't have it what i wasn't going to be able to check in. Now i have to wait for them to release it back to my account.

This property is really nince. It has a nice view and the apt with kitchen is very convenient for families with children. Very clean. They are very strict with # of peopls staying. NEVER enter the registration area with more people than expected according to the booking. Manager is very strict and will not let you stay.

This place is awesome. great accommodations with many amenities including golf. the cabin was well equipped with a hot tub on the deck, grill, and table for dinning and hanging outside. The condo unit was just as nice with lockout units for more space. BUT MOST OF ALL IS THE ATTENTIVENESS AND SERVING WITH PLEASURE ATTITUDE OF THE STAFF. BETH, AMY, DIANA, STACY WERE WONDERFUL AND HELPED US TRHOUGH OUR TRYING TIMES OF TRAVEL WITH FIGHT CANCELLATIONS AND MAKING SURE OUR RESERVATIONS WEREN'T CANCELLED. THEY PROVIDED US WITH EXTRA PADDING FOR OUR SOFA BED, SENT A CHECK IN TEXT EVERY OTHER DAY TO SEE HOW OUR STAY WAS GOING. THIS WAS LOVELY. I HAVE TO GO BACK.

We stayed at Hilton Bent Creek 5 days for the Christmas holiday. We loved the space we had a one Bd room one bathroom apartment style. The apt was fully loaded with everything we needed to help make our stay nice and comfortable. The beds were very comfy we had huge soaking tub and separate shower. The staff were amazing and very friendly. Staff and groups keepers were very helpful to things in the area like where to eat and take the kids. I didn’t realize when booking it’s a little far out side of downtown Gatlinburg like a 30 minute drive to all the restaurants and activities. Other than that our was stay was great will stay again.
