The cabin has great views and check in was easy. I would not recommend this cabin at this time until property owner fix multiple items. The end tables are broken, lamp shades missing along with knobs, banister railing not secure, deck railing not compliant, plaster on multiple walls where no one has painted over, TV problematic, bar stools broken, outside needs better lighting, and downstair exterior door falling off. The cleaning crew should spend more time preparing cabin for guest. If these accommodations are addressed I would recommend this cabin to a family of four.

Really wonderful cabin

First time staying in a cabin an we LOVED IT!! The place was extremely nice. beds were comfortable an it had everything you needed. I have an 8 year old an 17 an 18 year old an there was stuff for everyone. We all loved the pool table an hot tub an my younger boy loved the community pool. We saw tons of bears in the community we stayed in which was sooo cool! They were everywhere. It was very close to Gatlinburg an not to far from Pigeon Forge. Owners were quick to respond back with anything you need. The view was a little more obstructed in the summer all the trees block a good bit of your view but it still had a great view. Only suggestion would be upgrade a few things. Pool sticks need updated, maybe some new pans in kitchen, a lamp didn't have lamp shade, the toilet paper holder in bathroom was off wall an needed fixed. Nothing at all major it was definitely worth the money we had a wonderful trip.

Great cabin!

Such a cute cabin nestled in the mountains! If you want a secluded get away spot this is your place! Privacy from others. 2 bedroom cabin with a hot tub and pool table and all the things you want and need! It was such a relaxing place especially the outside porch swing watching the sun go down. Definitely recommend staying!

Cozy and Safe Area

We stayed in this cabin with family and friends. We had 4 years olds and teens. Cabin has everything we needed and something for everyone to enjoy. Everything worked really well. Very cozy environment. Great view! Property manager was amazing. He responded very quickly and he was ready to solve any issue that might arise. The neighborhood was really nice as well and made us feel safe. I was initially worried about some previous comments but seems like all was taking care of. The only thing can be improved maybe needed newer kitchen supplies but over all I would give 5 start to our stay.

Precious cabin with a wonderful view!

The cabin is precious! We were pleased with the amenities provided in the cabin. The view from the porch/balconies are incredibly beautiful. The property manager responded quickly to our concerns and took care of any issues that we had. I highly recommend this property and we will likely book again if it is available for our travel dates.

Hideaway gem

The photos do not do this place justice. This cabin was all we were looking for and more. I will definitely be booking this place again if I am ever back in Gatlinburg. A beautiful hidden gem with a gorgeous view of the mountains.

Disappointed about the build up.

Missing a mini blind in the downstairs bedroom. TV only had 1 channel and owner wanted us to stay and wait for TV repair man. The pool table was mentioned in earlier reviews to be repaired. It wasn’t. No heat down stairs. This cabin should be a real pleasure to stay in at the prime season for the premium price I paid. I will definitely ask lots of questions about the unit I’m interested in from now on. Even though the problems I mentioned shouldn’t be left in disrepair between rentals.
