Wrong location

The property was nice. No complaints on that. I booked a condo in Pigeon Forge and was given a condo in Gatlinburg. Not a far distance but with common traffic over an hour from where we wanted to be. Most of our plans were in Pigeon Forge. Was very disappointed with the “Oh, sorry about that. Do you want to keep the reservation”? The day before we were supposed to leave. No kind of compensation or discount for their mess up and our inconvenience.

VRBO mess up

Vrbo sent the wrong dates to the property, they had us checked in for 3 days, then checked out for 3 days then back in. Nothing made sense and vrbo did not fix the mistake. On the other hand the property was able to make it work and let us stay for the remainder of our original nights at no cost. Very unhappy with vrbo and greatful for the resort

Fall Trip

The biggest problem was the front desk! Wasn’t given good direction to the unit! I thought the map that was given at check in had the unit number on it. Drove around and had to return to the front desk to get the unit number. Then on the last day,after being gone all day, the key pad didn’t let us in. Had to go to the office for new key cards! Was told that my reservation was on two reservations and that was why I couldn’t get in into the unit. The unit was clean and comfortable, but the booking and check in was a problem.

great place, great location

We were in town for a tournament at Rocky Top Sports Complex. Our first year attending this tournament, we followed the link on the tournament website and ended up at a less-than-stellar place that was near ober, so we had to drive through Gatlinburg crawling traffic, etc and it was hard to estimate our transit time, BUT once we found this place, it's just down the street from the complex, with a grocery store in between, AND it's a great place to stay, we will stay here every year. Thank you!

Beautiful 1 BR

This is a very clean, well-lit, wonderfully equipped place. We enjoyed our stay very much! I liked how well lit the parking lot was and how clean the property and 1BR unit were. The walls are slightly thin, could hear neighbors TV. The view is beautiful and amenities are wonderful.. Would definitely come back. Gave the property 2 star for accuracy of listing because it was advertised as a 2BR townhome and was actually a 1BR condo style unit. It was still lovely stay, and it wound up meeting our needs.

Great place/great time!!

Beautiful, well maintained. Every staff person we dealt with was friendly and helpful to us. There were many options for activities on the property, but we didn’t participate as we had plans in the National Park and in Gatlinburg! My only complaint was difficulties in finding the right parking lot to get to our unit. There really aren’t many signs and in darkness it is even more confusing. We would stay here again in the future!!

Great Place to Stay

My family had an amazing time. My daughter had a blast swimming, putt putt golf and making friends. Great view of the mountains from our 1 bedroom villa. We visited the firepit every night. They had a food trailer with great biscuits and gravy. They also lots other food items for breakfast and lunch. Only complaint the bed was a little too hard for us. Everything else about our stay was perfect. We definitely recommend this place.

Gatlinburg Spring Break 2023

We don’t usually rent condos or stay at resort properties on our trips, however this worked out well for our short stay, and the kids enjoyed swimming in the heated pool. We enjoyed our trip to Gatlinburg!

It was a great experience

The room, kitchen, living area all was great. Very nicely stocked with kitchen utensils, appliances. The miniature golf course was great. I guess the only complaint is the people above us were very noisy all night long. I mentioned it to the manager in charge & her said all he could do was call to find out if they had anything going on. 3 nights of what sounded like dragging furniture. Other than that all was great.

Great "out of the traffic" location.

The property was very nice and mostly clean. I was surprised when we checked in that our unit was nothing like the photos I had seen on the website. More of a hotel like setting, but the unit was great for two people. I can't imagine four people staying there. The location was great in that we took back roads to the mountains and other places and avoided the highly traffic areas. There was some mold growing on the grout in the shower and in and around the jets on the tub. Other than that, the unit was good for us. Nice location. The resort as a whole was beautiful.

Our accommodations were perfect for us! The size of the room fit our needs, the view from our room was awesome, and we appreciated having a washer/drier and kitchen as part of our lodging. The room was very clean and up to date. It was great to have multiple pools, mini golf, and a fire pit on the property.
