Property was beautiful with stunning views, But we did have issue. We had a late check in. We couldn’t find sheets for the fold out bed upstairs. This bed was consider the second bedroom. We did take a quick look in the closet in the main bedroom and found garbage bags on the shelf that looked to be just covers. We just used our blankets and would address the issue when we got up. Went to take a shower and couldn’t find the second set of towels for the bathroom in the loft. We ended up founding them in the dryer. The hot tub wasn’t full but useable. The outside fire-pit was out of propane. My husband had to switch the tank. The fireplace in the house needed new batteries in the remote as it wouldn’t start at all. We called Anastasia and sent a video of the trouble of the fireplace, her/husband response back was push the button one time with a LOL reply. These complaints are minor issue that shouldn’t have been a complaint at all. The cleaning person should have towels folded and put in place. Hot tub should have the proper amount of water for use. All propane tanks should be useable for start up with out being changed by customer. We understand tanks go out but the tank for the fire pit was completely out. Anastasia was good about getting back and her husband did come by when we were gone to look at the fire pit and fireplace. (Have similar) Her follow up was everything was working proper as if we were to stupid to operate the fire-pit and fireplace, hot tub wasn’t filled.

Nice little get away

Perfect for what we were looking for! Renovated nicely with a great view. Secluded but not far from stores and attractions. If couple looking to get away for the weekend definitely recommend this cabin .We added another day because we hated to leave ! *****

Amazing Vacation Stay

Cabin was extremely clean and very cozy. Hot tub worked perfectly and the outdoor gas firepit was great on the cold evenings. Loved the seclusion feeling of the cabin very quiet. Would definitely stay again!

Smoky Mountains Getaway

The property is nestled on the mountainside with wonderful views of the Smoky Mountains and within a short drive to dining, grocer and downtown Gatlinburg. It is an ideal getaway for a couple with the option for others offering a loft. By far, my favorite feature was the deck in the morning and evening enjoying both sunrise and sunset.

AMAZING!!!

The pictures of the cabin are accurate, such a beautiful place inside and out! Super clean smells brand new and brand new appliances! Being able to do my laundry was amazing so i didnt have to come home, unpack and do laundry too! Got to come home and relax. The owner Anastasia was super polite, and was on top of everything! Please book with her, you wont regret it at all!!!! The upstairs was our hangout spot as there was a bar table, tv, pool table and restroom!! Jacuzzi was very clean and works amazing. Location was quiet, peaceful and close to town! Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

Mountain getaway

This property is beautiful and looks like the photos. The drive to the house was also beautiful. The road to the house is a bit steeper than expected, as is the driveway. However, both are manageable and not very long. Overall it is a great place to stay. The owner is very responsive and friendly. I recommend it.
