The hotel is one of our favorite. Location is great. Parking can be challenging, but we try to be back at the hotel early to get a parking spot. Room clean and very spacious.

We had a great stay. The location right downtown was a blessing and everything was in walking distance. For those first timers to Gatlinburg, walking is the fastest mode of transportation. By car it's just stop & go traffic with mostly stopped. The Reagan Resort is located in the heart of Gatlinburg and a very convenient location. The room was clean and the staff was pleasant. The only downside is the limited parking on site. Not to worry because the resort apparently contracts with the city to use (free of charge) the public parking garage located across the street. Over all, we'll definity stay there again... Tim S.

Location was perfect, staff was great. Our room was spotless and had been recently remodeled, however, the ac unit was not replaced in the remodel. It was extremely loud and smelled like mildew. It was so loud it woke us up every time it turned on throughout the night and the smell filled the room. I hope they read this and replace the ac unit in room 215.

Room was fine but bathroom could have been a little cleaner . Parking is horrible especially if you have a truck and seems as though there isnt enough for all the rooms . Staff were all great and very friendly . Great location for getting in and out when the strip is busy and perfect for being close to be able to walk everywhere . Honestly though cant be neat for the price !!
