Conveniently located in the guest bedroom closet are a Pack n Play Mobile Play Yard & High Chair for the little ones.

Fully furnished kitchen with upgraded granite top counter & bar area is ready for home cooked meals or awesome appetizer preparation. Additional conveniences: dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer along with blender, toaster, mixer and electric knife. Caffeine Lovers; fear not, both Keurig & Traditional coffee makers are available.

We had a wonderful time at this condo. It was conveniently located and only steps from the parkway, which made it so easy to access sightseeing and restaurants. The condo was incredibly clean and well appointed. There was coffee, hot tea, condiments, extra paper towels, and toilet paper stocked.Will say that Pool well not in use during our stay seemed a bit small. I’m not sure how busy it gets during the summertime but that would be a question. For those with mobility issues that’s probably isn’t an ideal location because you have to go down a large hill to get to the parkway. There is an elevator to get to the street level behind the condo however, it only worked in intermittently during our stay.All in all, I would say that the communication with the owner, the cleanliness, the well appointed facility and the proximity to the parkway makes this a must stay place for our family.

This was our 3rd time staying in Gatlinburg for Christmas and our best stay yet! The condo was in the perfect location on the strip. We parked our car at the condo and could walk to all the restaurants and shops with ease. The condo was spacious, very clean, comfortable, well equipped, and cozy. We never had any trouble with instructions for checking in or out. I would highly recommend this condo and would definitely pick it again for our next trip!

This was the best condo we have ever stayed in! The communication was great, everything was clean, organized and stocked. The condo was decorated wonderfully for the season. We felt very at home. The location was perfect for access to the strip and far enough from the strip to not have any noise. We have 2 older teenage boys so the second bedroom with 2 beds was perfect. We would definitely choose this condo again for future visits to Gatlinburg!

I was so pleased with the property. There is even a “resident” black bear, who would walk by (on the other side of a fence) as I would drink my coffee in the morning. We could walk down the hill and be right at the convention center, and yet, it was tucked back and private. Didn’t have to worry about trying to park downtown- we’d just walk! The pool and hot tub were clean and well kept. I would highly recommend this property!

This is a great location if you like to walk to the main Gatlinburg downtown area. The condo was clean, well maintained, had very comfortable beds, and had all the necessities. Will stay again!

Great for family with teens

The location was right in the heart of the strip in Gatlinburg. Everything in the condo was well appointed and very clean. I don’t feel comfortable or safe with my teen in a separate hotel room, so a VRBO condo is much better for us, where they and we need private sleeping and dressing spaces. The condo was quite spacious and very comfortable for our needs. The checkout request list was short and reasonable. We would easily try to stay here in this unit again.

Fantastic other than a few tid bits.

The condo was clean and amazing and I love how close to down town it is. I took a star off because the elevator down to the main road was broken and you have to walk up and down a VERY steep hill to get the the main road and the hot tub was closed for the season still. (We stayed in mid March). I didn’t mind the hill but someone in our group had a lot of trouble walking it.

Great Christmas visit
