The rating showing on Expedia is rated too high and the pictures make this hotel look much better than it really is. Check-in is at 3:00. We got there at 2:00 and even though she checked us in and gave us keys to the room, we weren’t allowed in the room until 3. After driving several hours to get there, we asked about using the restroom. She told us it had been cleaned was not available and we could go to the gas station down the road. We went and ate and came back after 3:00 to our room. The room smelled like a dirty wet dog had been in there and there was trash on the floor. Obviously it had not been vacuumed. I had to go to front desk to get towels, wash clothes and floor rug for bathroom which they didn’t have the floor rug. The tissue box on the counter was empty. The next day I passed a guy carrying towels etc to his room too so we weren’t the only ones without them. The bathroom had mold on ceiling and the other rooms had stains on walls and ceilings. The best I could tell the sheets were clean but had stains on them. The breakfast was ok and the guy working the breakfast area was very nice.

The room was clean. Had an issue with the provided hair dryer not working, but we broight our own. Wish breakfast hours were longer through the week. We didn't want to get up that early while on vacation.

Originally, we were given the wrong room and walked into someone else's room, and it took the lady behind the desk. Quite a while to figure out where to put us as it sounded like there were no rooms available to fit our group. It did end up working out that we got the same type of room. Thanks to the manager and in the morning, the manager compensated us for that mistake. The bathrooms really need to be cleaned. A lot more, there is hair and scum. And lots of dust all over the sink. There is also novacuum used in any of the route.

Room was quite clean and big, we received fresh items daily when cleaning services was completed. Staff was kind, friendly, and amazing. The breakfast was great and hot with lots of variety. The views from our balcony was great.

Room smelted badly of smoke. Pillow cases where not clean and could not walk on the carpet without shoes. Dated hotel. The Staff member on the desk at check in was abit abupt. Location was at the end of the main street which was within walking distance and had free parking. Room was big.

Elevator was broken and our room was on the 7th floor. Found a bug in the room, it was very loud in general when trying to rest, toilet backed up and we were told to fix it ourselves, would not stay here again.
