PROPERTY LAYOUT
• Three Levels of Privacy: Each floor features its own king suite with a private en suite bathroom, ensuring personal space for everyone.
• Main Floor: An open-concept living area with a warm electric fireplace, Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table for five, and bar seating for four. A queen sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space.
• Outdoor Decks: Two spacious decks offer stunning mountain views, a charcoal BBQ grill, and a 4-person hot tub on the lower deck.

ENTERTAINMENT & AMENITIES
• Lower Level Game Room: A dedicated fun zone with a pool table, a 65" Smart TV, and a barrel multicade loaded with 3000 classic games.
• Upper-Level Loft: Features a poker table that converts for board games and a cozy sitting area with another 65" Smart TV.
• Fully Equipped Kitchen: Includes a Keurig, drip, and Nespresso original coffee makers.
• Family-Friendly: We provide a Pack 'n Play, baby safety gates, and fireplace guards.
• Work & Play: A dedicated workspace and high-speed Wi-Fi are available for your convenience.

Things to Note -
• Starter Supplies: We provide a starter pack of essentials including a few dishwasher tablets, one roll of paper towels, a few rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, and trash bags. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed.
• Items Not Provided: Please note that toiletries, condiments, coffee grounds/pods, and charcoal for the grill are not provided.
• Check-in/Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 10:00 AM. To ensure our cleaning team has adequate time to prepare for the next guest, we cannot accommodate early check-ins, late check-outs, or check-ins/outs on holidays.
• Hot Tub: For your hygiene, our team drains, cleans, and refills the hot tub before every stay. It may not be at full temperature upon your arrival but will heat up within a few hours.
• Security: For your safety, a security camera monitors the exterior entrance and parking area. This device records video and audio. Tampering with the camera or disconnecting the Wi-Fi is strictly prohibited.
• Wildlife: This cabin is in the wilderness, and you may encounter wildlife, including bears. Please follow the bear safety guidelines posted on the refrigerator. Never leave food or trash outside.
• Travel Insurance: We do not offer refunds for weather, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip.

Guest Access -
Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire 3-story cabin and its amenities, including the hot tub and game room.

Check-in is seamless and contact-free via an electronic keypad. You will receive your unique door code a few days prior to your arrival.

Your stay also includes complimentary access to the three Chalet Village Owner's Clubhouses, which feature:
* Swimming pools (open seasonally from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day)
* Tennis courts
* Pickleball courts
* Other clubhouse amenities
