The staff was awesome. They accommodated us with last minute bedding arrangements with no issues at all. Everything was clean accommodations were spotless the convenience the food I get this a 10 out of 10.

I would definitely look to book here again. The room was lovely, clean and comfortable. Staff really obliging and friendly. The USB sockets didnt work in the room for some reason and one of the lamps but these are minor issues. The ice machine on the 5th floor came in very handy!

Clean room, a little warm but air con was good. Didn’t like it was an internal room without a view of outside. Felt a little claustrophobic at night only because Im a ‘window open’ kind of person. Maybe windows in other rooms didn’t open anyway but a view of outside would have been sufficient. Nobody said at check in that breakfast shuts at 9.30am - Not everyone is getting up at crack of dawn to depart, some like myself came in at midnight and so I happened to go down to check out at 9.30am and food was being taken off the servers. I wasn’t the only one who was not aware. Other than that the location is perfect, access is easy and rooms are lovely. Staff were great checking up by text after check in. Maybe a text to say breakfast shuts at 9.30am could be sent.

Fine hotel connected to LGW North Terminal. It's not cheap, but you can't beat it for convenience if you're using LGW North Terminal.

Lovely hotel and staff

Love staying at this hotel before and after a holiday. The breakfast is always spot on. The pillows are so comfy. I need some for at home!

The room was very clean and comfortable, perfect for a quick stay before an early flight. I would have felt very safe staying here if I was a solo traveller as its entrance is inside the North Terminal so no need to step foot outside the airport

Small beds - plenty of room for 6ft which.would.have been comfier. The free breakfast from 4 is only a limited continental. Hot breakfast from 6 - might help some to know before hand. Plentiful coffee in the room . Nice enough and right inside north terminal .
