Nice spot ruined by terrible customer service

Nice apartment. Terrible communication. No soap. No shampoo. No response. One pillow. I don’t understand why they wouldn’t try a bit harder to provide some semblance of customer service. Not a good experience.

The apartment was very clean with smart deco. Location was good for Gdansk 15 minutes to centre and 10 minutes to train station. Netto 5 minutes away. Lacked a few things with no tea towels just 1 dishwasher tablet and 2 toilet rolls (5 people for a week) We would go back to the apartment if we returned to Gdansk. Highly recommend!

Check-in had to be postponed as the preparation of the apartment was not ready. The apartment was dirty and musty, it needs a couple of days of washing. Dishwasher partially ok, missing drawer for cutlery and difficult to open/close door. On top of the kitchen cupboard we found a couple of eggs and a packet of butter. Poor ventilation, dusty air vents in the bathroom.
