The guest bedroom is thoughtfully arranged with two single beds to accommodate your group. The property includes two full bathrooms each equipped with a walk in shower. The heart of the home is the spacious living area which flows into a fully functional kitchen complete with all necessary cookware and dining essentials. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony or head directly to the beach via the private path located just outside your back door. This unit is equipped with a washer and dryer for your laundry needs. Please be advised that this unit is located on the second floor and is accessible via stairs. This unit can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests.



Guest Access:

Your rental includes complete access to our second floor condominium, designed for your comfort and convenience. Inside, you have private use of the two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, the kitchen, and the living room. You are also welcome to relax on your private balcony. Beyond the unit, guests have access to the building amenities, which include an indoor pool and a direct path to the sand for easy beach access. Coin laundry facilities are available in the common area for your laundry needs. Free parking is provided on site. Please be aware that the property is located on the second floor and requires the use of stairs for access. We kindly request that all guests observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 9 AM.

The neighborhood is prized for its wide, uncrowded beaches and tranquil environment, providing a true sense of coastal serenity. You can reach the beach in mintes thanks to the beach path for our guests. Beyond the beach, the area is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts, with the Gearhart Golf Links located less than one mile away, making it an easy five minute drive or a leisurely 10 - 15 minute walk. For your daily needs and dining cravings, the local shops, coffee shops and restaurants of Gearhart are just a five minute drive from your doorstep. If you are looking for more excitement, the lively town of Seaside is only four miles away, about a ten minute drive, where you can explore the promenade, browse unique boutiques, and enjoy a variety of dining experiences. Our location is the perfect home base for your next Oregon adventure.



Getting Around:

Getting to our Pacific Terrace condo is most convenient by car, as the coastal beauty of Gearhart is best explored with your own vehicle. We provide free on site parking for your stay. While public transportation options are limited in this quiet beach town, the property is perfectly positioned for you to reach the nearby towns of Seaside and Astoria by driving. For those flying into the region, Portland International Airport is the primary hub, located approximately a 1.5 - 2 hour drive from the our location.



Other Things to Note:

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please note that check-in begins at 4 PM and check-out is required by 11 AM. The property is located on the second floor and is accessible only by stairs. We maintain a strictly non-smoking policy throughout the entire property, including the deck, walkways, and parking areas; violations will result in a 250 dollar fine and potential eviction. Quiet hours are strictly observed from 10 PM to 9 AM. Pets are welcome, though please note that there is a charge of $20 per pet, per night. Free parking is available on-site for your convenience.
