The lady working on reception was extremely welcoming and helpful. Sadly the room itself was terrible. The bottom of the bathroom door was rotten through water damage and the walls were very thin so we could hear other guests throughout the night. The bedroom door was difficult to shut properly, and needed to be slammed shut. Our main bedroom light did not work so we had to use the desk lamp to light the room. The location was good- close to the station and also Lake Geneva. Overall I would not stay here again.

El hotel nos encanto! Esta cerca del centro de Ginebra, es muy cómodo ir caminando. La zona es linda, fácil de llegar desde la estación de trenes y fail para ir al centro histórico. La atención fue excelente, la habitación estuvo mas que bien, cómoda, espaciosa, con escritorio, armario, plancha y todo lo necesario. El baño es grande y estaba impecable. También te dan un TK para moverse por la ciudad sin abonar en transporte. Excelente, nada para aclarar.

Great home base in Geneva

Clean room with beautiful view from the deck. It was well located and had a kitchen. Easy walk to/from the train to the airport. Of note, we did have to climb a small, circular set of stairs to get to our room. Not a problem for us, but could be for folks less mobile.

I would not recommend this hotel at all. This is definitely a budget hotel so you get what you get. But the standards were sub-par. The room was not cleaned throughly at all. There was mold in the bathroom tiles. There was dust everywhere! The mattress was disgusting, it was covered in dust and hair. The facilities were good and the kitchen was well equipped, however the rooms were rather small. The area where this hotel is located is not particularly nice and not safe. If you are staying alone I would not recommend staying here! The staff were welcoming but communication with the hotel was limited. Overall my stay was not pleasant and I would not be staying here again.

The room was perfect for our family of five and the front desk was very helpful our entire stay. Our luggage was lost on the way and they were able to supply us with toothbrushes and pointed us in the right direction to get necessities until it arrived.

Rooms in 7th floor are incredible unconfortable if you have some luggage since you need to take the stairs and they're extremely narrow. Something they don't tell you until you're checking-in.

Excellent location and just what I needed.

Hotel reception was very good. And the room all I needed. Only small issue with hard pillows. Balcony room mostly private and clam. Neighbours a little loud. But nothing to do about that. Will definitely go back.

Currently being renovated (not shown in the info online), so restaurant closed. They brought breakfast to our rooms. There was a strange smell when I entered my room - it either went or I got used to it as I did not smell it after the first day.

Overall an okay experience, the team members are great. The hotel rooms could do with some renovation and deep cleaning, also a bit annoying for the rooms with balcony, once you enter the room their are stairs that you need to take to enter your room (mostly inconvenient to take luggage up)
