Our stay was pleasant at Hilton Geneva, shuttle service was excellent and staff was outstanding! Breakfast was good but for half board we got the same menu all three days and for that reason my son didn’t eat 2nd and 3rd day at the restaurant. Room was comfortable too and housekeeping was excellent.

Our overall stay at the hotel was enjoyable—we took the convenient shuttle from the airport outside and across the street from Terminal 1 Arrivals (5mins to hotel/running every 20mins or so), appreciated receiving the Geneva Transport Card upon check-in for traveling around Geneva (7mins by train from the airport), and we took full advantage of the pool and spa. Only drawbacks were some of the ongoing renovations, which made some services less available (e.g. restaurants), but as we stayed in the the upgraded area — the improvements were very nice, including the big comfortable King-sized bed, and newly upgraded gym and bathroom/shower.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The free shuttle to the airport was very convenient. The pool and hot tub was decent. I believe this hotel was priced 15 percent more than what it's worth.

The initial room we were put in was on a wing of the hotel where the hallways had recently been painted and were emitting paint fumes that were discomforting and giving my wife a headache. Thankfully the staff was able to put us in another room in a different part of the hotel, but they should have never put us in the initial room to begin with due to the paint fumes.

The room was comfortable and the pool was nice. The airport shuttle was very convenient. Staff were helpful and accommodating. The hotel itself is in a very non descript location and the buildings lacked any kind of ambience or charm.

Although close to the airport, it was very quiet and was very close to lake Geneva by car, just an 18 minute drive. Also, there is a casino within 10 mins from the hotel, which was a highlight during the wet/rainy day
