A nice hotel not too far from the Jennifer Lake check-in was painless and the room was of sufficiently good standard only thing was not appreciated was a see-through shower.

The hotel is in an excellent location for tourists. We booked a “Family Suite”, but there’s nothing family or suite about it. It’s really more like 2 similar rooms next each other in a corner with an extra door in front of both rooms. We got a small sitting area in each room. With 2 high-maintenance preteens with us, we were not able to all sit together in one place for our entire stay. We would up having one parent and one child in each unit before bed time. If you don’t mind this kind of partition arrangement, you may like this boutique-ish hotel. I would have preferred a single larger sitting area.

I do not recommend staying at this hotel during the spring season. The hotel enforces a policy of turning off the air conditioning during this period, which caused significant discomfort. Despite complaints from many guests, management refused to change this policy. Due to the BRS conference and high demand from delegations of 186 countries, finding alternative accommodation at a reasonable price was not possible. Although a fan was provided, my room faced a main street with constant noise—made worse by roadworks that started daily around 6 a.m. Additionally, the hotel withheld a deposit of over CHF 1,000, which I found excessive. I stayed for about 15 nights, and unfortunately, the bathroom was not properly cleaned—I had to clean it myself. On a positive note, the receptionists and staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel is conveniently located near public transportation and the Geneva International Conference Center.

Very chic hotel with lovely rooms

Beautiful hotel - very chic decor . Room is lovely - very clean with large comfortable bed. Beautiful bathrom .Staff were excellent - great check in experience. ( just a note that there are no wardrobes or cupboards in the room we stayed in so may not be great if you’re staying a while but was fine for an overnight . Hotel recommended a lovely restaurant nearby- casa nostra - we all had a lovely meal there including gluten free pasta options .

Excellent, I loved the property, the interior decorations, I like how they have different beautiful sections of the hotel. Breakfast is breathtaking, amazing with variety and at different sections. The waiting area for early checkin and late check out are very comfortable with lots to nibble on. The reception is great.
