What a great hotel! Even though it was close to the airport which is where I wanted to be, it was quiet. And then we just hopped across the street to catch the free tram into the center of the city. So easy! The room was very nice with comfortable beds. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My friend and I were very pleased with the hotel.

This was our second visit. We like the hotel and its location. Breakfast is very very limited and a bit disappointing. Rooms are good, comfortable beds but only 1 pillow and very small bath towels. We had 2 rooms and the fridge didn’t work in either room. Parking is great and very cheap. Also the free public transport you get with the hotel is brilliant and you can get a tram almost outside the front door of the hotel, to take you all the way to Lake Geneva.

I did a quick 2 days to enjoy Switzerland while staying in Italy. The facility, shuttle service, food and staff was wonderful! Mr. Abraham at the front desk went far and beyond to make sure my tour to the Glacier 3000 was sorted properly and the van came to the hotel instead of meeting them at the airport. I would stay here again.

This was such a gem I found! I was not even aware that the hotel was as close to the airport as it was, which was super convenient. I love that the hotel not only offers a free airport shuttle, but they were generous to provide a City Pass for public transportation in the area. The hotel staff was always welcoming and warm. I would love to revisit InterCity Hotel on my next visit.

Very clean and modern. The staff was courteous, friendly, and prompt with fulfilling requests. The walk to the tram was just outside the hotel making it very easy to get downtown. I would definitely stay here again.
