Beautiful, comfortable, spotlessly clean room with an incredible view - and it was extremely quiet considering it's directly on the Piazza! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Fantastic value for the money - I would definitely stay here again!

Location across from train station easy to find. Metro 5 minute walk only 1 line so easy to master. Good sized room, small lift but normal in cities. Port with cruise ships across from metro station. Walkable city.

The hotel is central to the train station and close to walk to the port. The hotel is clean and staff are friendly. It is a large hotel with only one elevator, which is a cool very old one - but if people don’t close the door, it becomes stuck and won’t come to you. I had to carry a large suitcase up 4 floors! The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. I will stay again.

Just So-So, not great.

Not a great stay, the room had an awkward layout and the bathroom is more like a bathroom found in a school locker room. The light switch was wired funny, not able to turn specific lights on and off. The sink was sketchy, very easy to hit your face on the ledge of the vanity. Staff was great and knowledgeable, helped us find a taxi asap.
