Room was right beside elevator shaft. Can hear woofee sound, particularly evening time at bedtime. If not of this, I would give high score for my stay. I think people who stay for 3 nights deserves to know what room they are getting into.

I especially liked your staff and how friendly everyone was. Shout out to Evelyn, the morning hostess in the cafe. She was very efficient and provided tourist information about various festivals freely. It was very appreciated.

Friendly staff, large clean room with great view of waterfront, and nice breakfast buffet. Loved location near central Georgetown. Near restaurants and shopping and walkable to most of the top spots in the city.

Five star hotel at a three star price!

Wonderful hotel choice: five star service at a three star price. Loved the heartfelt greetings the hotel team would give us when we came back to the hotel after a day out. Pro tip: don't miss working with the amazing tailor on the ground floor - or the delicious Loh Bok from the Kheng Pin Cafe right next door in the morning!

It’s my favourite hotel to stay in whenever I’m in Penang. Friendly staff who pay good attention to your needs, clean rooms with good views and it’s located within walking distance of all the usual spots you love to visit. One area I feel they could improve is the breakfast. I remember the breakfast being decent in my previous stays but this time it was very disappointing.
