Next to Queensbay Mall which makes shopping and dining very convenient. Location is the best for those who need not venture into Georgetown area I.e. for those who have seen and done that at Georgetown attractions and eateries.

The hotel is conveniently located quite close to the airport so we elected to stay and look around Queensbay Mall for a day. There were plenty of places to eat right near the hotel and the shopping was great. The check in was very slow as they had allocated us a lower level of room than what we paid for and needed the manager to reassign the room. Breakfast was quite good but we would have loved to see some specific gluten free options. The rooms were ok. A bit dated but comfortable enough. I may choose to stay again if arriving in Penang late at night or during peak hour traffic.

There is no double glazed windows to dampen the plane noise. Can hear neighbouring guests going in and out their rooms and can hear the water running in the rooms nearby. Not value for money.
