The stay was good overall, and I was satisfied with most aspects. The counter staff and concierge were friendly and helpful. Their service was greatly appreciated. However, the operator customer service was rude and often sarcastic, which negatively impacted the experience. The housekeeping service did not replenish the tissues, which was a minor inconvenience. The pillows were too soft for my preference.
