Hotel located is in nice area and walkable to everywhere. Quest and clean , small rooms ,really outdated and not much technology, I think renovation will help this hotel to look great in the future if owners take care of it . It’s pool on the side and bar , thank you

Really good location, friendly and helpful staff at this hotel. Decor old and tired, could really do with an upgrade.
The room I got las large and bright. Beds are comfy. Lets be honest but the place is dated and is in need of an update. Location is perfect however. Its an okay hotel for what you pay. In fairness the other hotels in the area are all the same vut cost more
Nothing note worthy. ÀDecor was dreary and drab to say the least. Very expensive for what it was. Absolutely no character which wzs a disappointment as i expected plenty loke it was when my great, great grandfather owned it. Stay somewhere else.

The Bristol is very central in Gibraltar. It is in a great spot for: shopping, bars and rrstaurants. It is a badic hotel but the price for Gibraltar reflects that. It is quite dated but clean and the staff are friendly.
Good location. Staff obviously trying hard but building very run down, completely outdated and there was no food available except breakfast. Not even tea/coffee facilities in the room.
The pool area looked very dark and depressing , very small . the whole hotel needs pulling into the current century.
Good position if you like to explore the old town . Didn't have the the m breakfast as the dining room looked as bad as the swimming area .
Not a great place at all. As soon as you leave the lobby, you realise its very out of date and not invested in.
I was on the upper 3rd floor and the room was very dated. Brown wood stain and pink walls, the 2 single beds were very hard and difficult to get comfortable on, others were saying the same!
The bathroom was very small, better to get undressed in the bedroom as there wasn't enough room. The shower was a dribbling affair with very poor water pressure which took ages.
There were no drink making facilities in the rooms, I guess the electrics wouldn't cope with the kettle loads.
Breakfast was also poorly thought out. One choice of cold meat, one choice of hard cheese, bread / toast, boiled eggs and cornflakes. Not an exciting affair at all.
Other than breakfast, you couldn't get a meal any other time of the day, there was a coffee machine and a snack machine on the ground floor.
Generally, the place was in a poor state and I would not stop there again.

This is a very old, tired hotel in desperate need of renovation. The rooms are like something from the 1950's. It's almost impossible to have a shower becauseof the low water pressure. We skipped breakfast not wanting to eat in smelly night bar where it's served. It's a real pity because the hotel is in an excellent location and the staff we encountered were very helpful and pleasant.

The hotel was a bit shabby but it was in a good location. Some of the staff were friendly and helpful but others were considerably less so.
Property is in a good location, central for shops and eateries
It is very tired in side, badly worn carpets, no tea making in room, window obscured by (pointless) fridge, terrible smokey odour from tiny badly laid out and refurbished bathroom.
We cut our stay there short and went to The Rock
Lovely New Years stay. Could do with DND signs on the door

Perfect location, but very outdated and dull, needs a good refurbishment. Needs painting up at least. Drinking glasses to small, had to keep getting up to top up juice. Staff very friendly and helpful.
