快適そのものでした。

部屋に１日中滞在する予定で、要望とともにドアに表示しておいたら、清掃の早い時間に新しいリネンをドアにかけてくれた。 要望も速やかに対応してくれて、少しドアを開けたときに近くにいたスタッフがゴミ箱もドア横に出しておいてくださいと声をかけてくれて、非常に感じが良かった。 また、部屋も周りの音が気にならない場所の部屋を当ててくれたようで、快適に過ごせた。

マットレスが良かった

外観から古めのルートインと思いきや、内装はリニューアルされているようで、ベッドも西川ふとんとのコラボマットレスとかで、寝心地も良かったです。残念だったのが、宿泊した部屋のシャワーベッドのパッキンが古くなったのか、シャワーベッドの根本から盛大に水が漏れてて、なんとも言えない気持ちになりました。水回りのリニューアルは大変なんでしょうかね。
