We had an exterior room with a door that was so jammed my husband had to do put his shoulder into it to open it. We we greeted with an over whelming heat and no fan or air that worked. The bathroom was put together with caulking and both towel racks were broken. There was absolutely no water pressure, the pool was unheated and breakfast was dismal. We were promised a "block" rate and that still hasn't happened.

I usually pick a place based on breakfast. Photos made this seem batter than it was. Overripe fruit, not refilling the hot items, very limited selection of items. Not really stoked about cracked bathroom tiles since you can't clean them very well.

We tried calling to reserve a room that we were told had block pricing but we could never get ahold of. So i booked through Expedia. When we arrived, everyone ended up having the same issue and we were told we would be getting charged that rate, we will see if i am refunded. I will say for the price, you get what you pay for. The rooms were extremely hot, the bathrooms were put together with caulking and plaster, and the beds were squeeky. The pool's heater was broken so the pool was freezing!! There were kids climbing up the pilars next to the grand piano and screaming at all hours of the night. The management for the main area just wasnt there. The elevator was very jerkish and stunk like something was burning everytime it stopped. Ice machines didnt work on the 3rd floor. This place could be so beautiful if some money was put towards it for upgrades. I definitely wont be ever staying here again and wouldnt recommend it.

I would not recommend this motel. One bed very squeaky with slightest movement. Coffee maker did not work, shower head did not work, door to bathroom did not close, hair dryer did not work, and the smell at night was terrible - smelled like old fryer oil. Not a very pleasant stay.

Waited online for 45 mins just to get checked in. Gave me a very dirty room. Bathroom was not clean at all. Then I complained and asked for a new room. Was set to the side for over an hour just to give me keys. Gave me another dirty room and ac didn’t work. 85-90 degrees the whole time. Went to talk with them again, they couldn’t move me and promised me a discount that I never received. They gave me a box fan that didn’t do anything. Breakfast was gross and didn’t even stick to the menu.

The shower was dangerously moody from normal to super hot over and over the cleaning crew does bare minimum our shower curtain was very smelly on the plus side the lady I don’t get her name was very awesome,prompt, took care of out concerns as best she could as she was very busy also the hvac is lackluster this place could be so good with location but the property needs updating to match the staff, the front staff was top notch calm and cool with the turmoil she was reciving from others!

Much better than before

This location has improved a lot since the last time I was here. And the room was very clean nicely decorated, centrally located, the staff was really nice. The heater wasn’t working great. But definitely a huge improvement over the last time I was here the last time I was here was absolutely a disaster under construction and horrible. This was March / April 2025 So I’m glad to see that things are looking up. It would be great if you had like a snack Vending Machine on the premises though

I requested a balcony view, but we received a parking lot view instead. I didn’t request a room change because the main area was in various stages of disrepair, including the pool and hot tub not being usable. It appears that this was once a great place to stay, but unfortunately it has not been taken care of or updated in a long time. The elevators have a strong burnt motor oil smell and other areas of the hotel smelt bad as well including the main atrium. The room itself was subpar with the toilet handle not attached properly and the shower curtain rod mount busted at a 45° angle down so that the curtain wouldn’t shut all the way. There were a few more items under noticeable stages of disrepair, but overall I just needed a place to sleep and get ready and that’s what I got.

This place was a great place to stay in its prime. It desperately needs a remodel. My room didn’t have an air conditioner, it just had some kind of air pump that didn’t get below like 73. The bed was ok. Mostly just springs. The pillows were too flat and didn’t stay fluffed up. The pool was cloudy, but that didn’t stop lots of people playing in it. Breakfast was ok for a free breakfast.

A Little Shaky at First

There was a lot of confusion on checking in. I had reserved 2 rooms for 1 night using Hotels. When I arrived I learned that one of my rooms had been given to someone else with my same first name but a different last name. Plus my card had been temporarily charged for this strangers room (for 2 nights). The night clerk (Aryana) discovered this mix up, and did go above and beyond to get this corrected. Where I got to my room it was very hot, and the controls for the AC did not work. So I opened the window to let some fresh air in and discovered there was not a screen for the window, so leaving the window open would not be an option. I was going to call Aryana, but discovered the hotel phones did not work. Aryana did find us a different room and also provided us with a box fan. The hotel manager did end up comping my room, and the billing issues were resolved to my satisfaction.
