This experience was awful and I stay in a lot of hotels. They don’t tell you how intensive the remodeling is when you book a room. The key cards were not functional at all. somebody from the front desk had to come and let you into your room every time you wanted it in and out. I resorted to taping the lock open on my door so I could come and go as I pleased which left zero security, but gave me my freedom in the early afternoon. My room did not have a heater installed in the room. There was a plastic fan style space heater in the room that I was expected to use as needed to heat the room. The bathtub had muddy boot prints in it that I had to wash out myself in order to take a shower. The light in the bathroom was dangling down had a hole around where it should be mounted. There was mud tracked on the carpet with big globs of mud under the edge of the bed. They obviously were working, but there shouldn’t have been evidence of them in an individual room that was to be rented out. Had I been in the room more or not been suffering from the respiratory infection I had I would’ve checked out and into a room that had functional heaters and working keypad locks. This room was a disappointment.
