Staff incredibly friendly and helpful. Made us very welcome. We took a dog and she was made welcome too. Room was large and plenty of room in the bathroom. Overall a lovely stay.

Stayed here for 1 night for a near by family wedding. Nice hotel , not grand but clean comfortable and friendly. Reception very helpful, nothing was to much trouble. The staff were very polite helpful and everyone sported a smile. Would stay here again Very good value.

Hotel a little outdated in decor but bed was comfy and there's plenty of space in the rooms. Breakfast ok, but would have liked a little more choice in hot drinks as only filter coffee, no latte or cappuccino.

Pleasant stay

This hotel was acceptable for the price, it is very tired looking and dated, the breakfast was good with a choice of cereals, fresh fruit salad, natural yogurt, toast, fresh coffee, tea, orange juice, full English, croissants, ham and cheese baguette. We didn’t try the food at other meal times. There was a full bar which was reasonably priced. Lift to all floors. The staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful, especially the waitress at breakfast, unfortunately I don’t recall her name but she was the small one with glasses, she was always welcoming and very helpful.

Outside front looked a bit tired and building work going on. It was lovely inside the areas and outside seating at the back with the fish would be lovely in summer.. Bedroom a bit small otherwise staff etc all well

When you arrive you need to drive through an old disused carpark which is fenced off. I would recommend this hotel and i would stay again.
