La maison était propre et conforme à l'annonce.Nous n'avons pas eu de contact physique avec l'hôte, seulement par mail ou SMS.Au niveau de la piscine Lhote nous a signalé un problème avant notre arrivée et nous dit sur ce mail que le pisciniste est prévenu. Celui -ci n'interviendra que la veille de notre départ!!

Déception

Points forts : maison récente, possibilité de garer son véhicule, propre, vaisselle en quantité suffisante, terrasse couverte. Gros points faibles : une chambre sans fenêtre donnant sur salle de jeu/buanderie/ et chaudières bruyante, placard de cette chambre inutilisable car plein de materiel, porte des wc attenants ne ferme pas correctement sauf à la claquer mais en pleine nuit... barbecue en très mauvais état inutilisable au bout de 3 jours, containers poublelles à 1 km pas de carte pour y acceder à notre arrivée lundi malgré la demande faite au propriétaire, elle a fini par arriver sous le paillasson de l'entrée le jeudi... aucun store ou rideau aux fenêtres dommage pour l'intimité et notamment pour la chambre donnant sur la cour des voisins bref pas top

Nous avons apprécié ce logement proche de Saint Gilles Croix de Vie. La pièce principale est tres lumineuse. La literie est au top !!! Merci au propriétaire pour sa disponibilité. Le petit plus le Baby foot et les fléchettes électroniques et les velos à disposition.

Pas top pour le prix

Nous avons passé 5 nuits, malheureusement nous étions déçus car pas de serviettes, pas de tapis de bains pas de torchons pour la vaisselles, la piscine était remplie de petites bestioles on avait même pas de Filet pour la nettoyer personne n'a vraiment profiter de la piscine.... Pour le prix qu'on a payé pour ça c'était vraiment abusé.

Super location, on recommande. Petit bémol sur la wifi qui n'a pas beaucoup fonctionné et sur l'entrée pour se garer devant la propriété. Pas pratique et dangereux car les véhicules arrivent super vite du rond point. Sinon piscine au top et villa très bien équipée !
